Doctor suggestions...

Okay, I've had some health...glitches I've let slide too long. Nothing major, but stuff that could become so. (Acid reflux, vision issues, etc.). Step one is finding a primary care. Anybody know a good, fairly independent doctor, optimally not part of a 40+ member "practice" they can recommend?
