Complete and total frivolity...
...with a little vanity thrown in for good measure.
I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow. I mean cut. I can't stand to have my hair pulled, and Herself keeps thrusting sticky little fingers into my hair and yanking, so tomorrow, it's getting cut short.
Now, my hair isn't too terribly much longer than in my userpic up there. It comes just about to my shoulders. It's fine, but there's a hell of a lot of it. It also has one big wave when cut short.
Please post suggestions for haircuts in comments. I have no idea what I want to do, other than for it to be short and for me to not have to blow dry it.

I'm a big believer in accepting messiness in short hair - then it looks deliberate.

That being said, Jen's stuff is gorgeous. Birthday-present-price-range, though.

You've got great cheekbones, so I'd suggest something that draws attention to them. Pixie bangs ending at cheek level, for instance, will show off the lines in your face, and narrow it a bit. But if you'd have to dry them straight, don't, cuz they'll drive you nuts.
If your hair is really wavy when air dried, then why not go for a really sporty, messy boycut look? With your stunning eyes and killer cheekbones, you can pull off super short. Also with tons of hair, thats the simplest solution. It will take getting used to, emotionally, but I've done it twice and loved the ease of wash and wear hair.
I also learned to embrace the natural wave. A bit of leave-in conditioner accentuates the natural wave, and off you go. XO
Can't wait to see the pix!
