Don't read the comments if you don't want to be spoiled for tonight's Mentalist.

Can someone please explain the last five minutes to me? What the hell does "Tiger, tiger" mean?

burning bright / in the forests of the night?

(Dunno. Don't watch that show, actually.)

William Blake is exactly what I was thinking too, and I also don't watch Mentalist.

Knowing Wolf, she knows this verse by heart, so this isn't enough answer. Which would mean there's a link between the show and the poem that she isn't seeing, in which case I'm at a loss.

Maybe it's a reference to The Lady Or The Tiger, but no lady, just a tiger behind each door ... ?

Hmm. Interesting story... but I still can't help but think "tiger, tiger" screams Blake; he's more known than Stockton, and this is THE catchphrase of that poem. If I saw the show, I suspect I could tell for sure...
