You know what's not cool? When the doctor removing a chunk of your back (irregular skin cells) is so rushed that she doesn't have time to let the anesthetic take effect.
Owwwww. That sucks. When I had the lump removed from my back, I woke up during the surgery. The local was still effective but it was really weird feeling someone pulling around in my back.
That was also when we learned I was allergic to painkillers....not fun.
So what are your plans? Was it all topical or did they have to go in?
It's Removal of the Mole, Part II. I had a funny mole my doctor removed--in a calm, far less rushed fashion--last June. It wasn't cancerous, but the cells were "irregular." So, the doctor decided to take a larger sample from the same area to make sure they got all the irregular cells. Hopefully, that will be all. *crosses fingers*
Ugh...I had one removed from my chest a few years ago with the same non-committal result "irregular cells" felt really weird too when she was doing it. She wanted to go back and take more, I politely declined. At some point, I've got 6 or 7 other ones to get removed, but I've had those my whole life, so I'm not in any rush.
First the teeth then the back then the ankle now with the back again. Is it just me or have you been slowly falling apart since I met you? Seriously I hope you feel better and it's nothing.
